Summer Enrichment Coordinator (Must be 24+)

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Summer Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. The Summer Enrichment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Summer Athletic Enrichment Program. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to work with diverse populations, and a passion for working with you and an interest in making a positive impact in the community.

Our Summer Athletic Enrichment Program operates inside of a gym. The Summer Enrichment Coordinator has to be ok with being in the heat and in an athletic facility.

 

Responsibilities

- Must have a passion for working with youth and young adults

- Coordinate and oversee program activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively

- Develop and implement program plans, including goals, objectives, and timelines

- Manage program budgets and resources

- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers

- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program offerings

- Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and effectiveness

- Provide support and guidance to program participants

- Assist with fundraising efforts to support program initiatives

- Utilize social media platforms to promote programs and engage with the community

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., teacher, social work, psychology, public health) or equivalent experience

- Valid driver's license

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in social media management platforms

- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to provide guidance and support to staff and volunteers

- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and report writing

Student-Athlete/Summer Enrichment Counselor (Must be 18+)

Plans, leads, and implements camp programs for youth 8- 12 years old. Provides high-quality educational, recreational, and enrichment opportunities and enjoyable experiences for camp participants. Supervises campers and ensures their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being

Responsibilities and Qualifications include (but not limited to):

• Teach all skills through participating or by working with small groups

• Supervise morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal

• Maintain discipline during each activity and lead the group between activities in an orderly manner

• Follow and administer the Summer Enrichment policy

• Keep accurate attendance records each morning

• Supervise lunch and submit lunch reports

• Attend field trips, swimming and off-site activities

• Must be able to keep up with kids

Summer Enrichment Counselor should be available from June 2, 2025 - July 11, 2025 and work between 8am - 5pm. There will also be training in May. Those who are interns should be available from June 2, 2025 - July 25, 2025. 

 

Pay

Traditional Enrichment Counselor: $15/hr

Will engage in a friendly work environment to learn about the responsibilities of work.

Internship Enrichment Counselor: $16.27/hr

Must have college credits completed to qualify as an intern. Interns are expected to perform at a higher level to complete projects without direct supervision. Applicants must pass a drug test, submit resume and interview for consideration to this program.

Content Creator (Must be 18+)

Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who lives for the next social trend, whether that's a filter on TikTok, a phrase in Instagram captions, a trending hashtag on Twitter, and more, but is also able to focus on building our brand extension and audience instead of pursuing the next flashy thing. We’re looking for someone driven to vastly expand our social media presence related to our most recent men’s line launch, by setting a savvy content strategy and then executing on it. We want a social photographer and videographer who can write and shoot attention-grabbing posts to showcase our brand extension, as well as curate content to highlight communities and the impact the brand and our community is having in the world.

 

Content Creator should be available from June 2, 2025 - July 11, 2025 and work between 8am - 5pm. There will also be training in May. Those who are interns should be available from June 2, 2025 - July 25, 2025.

 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Create, edit, and execute content (photo, video, copy, and graphics) for all social platforms: Instagram, Stories, Reels, IGTV, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and website.

• Create content for the program.​​​​

 

Pay
